Normally, ManiaPlanet's HUD and title menus are 16:9, stretched onto whatever ratio your display or window is, this mod lets you pad that pre-stretch hud to a common or arbitrary ratio, to match your monitor or window

It does NOT move the elements to the edges of said ratio, it just pads it out
